Ken Woodier is Chair of the Investment Committee of the FIA Foundation.

A solicitor with 36 years commercial experience, since 2015 Mr Woodier has been Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Board of Pennon Pension Trustees Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Absolute PR and Marketing Limited. Previous experience includes18 years as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary with Pennon Group Plc and prior to that 8 years as the Head of the Legal Department of Pennon Group, Group Legal Manager with H.P. Bulmer Holdings Plc and Legal Adviser with 3i (Investors in Industry Plc), a major venture capital provider.
